The exposed corner lot is located on the Münsterberg in Breisach. The design forms the keystone of the historic Zähringerstraße and continues to the intersection. The local masonry theme is adapted in the form of a massive basement floor and includes next to entrance area a public use. The five residential units, which are taken through the pedestal, are interlaced. Combinatorics is given by switch rooms and different basic compositions of housing units.
